I first bought a shopper, but found the strap just a little too short and isn't comfortable under my armpits. I decided to get the medium tote and I love it. Initially I thought it was too big, but when I took it for marketing, it was the perfect size; despite me not being very tall. I have received so many compliments and I have been asked where I got the bag. People love it because it is waterproof and easy to clean. My only 1 sadness... I've been waiting for the cockatoo shopper or medium tote and it doesn't look like you will replenish stock anytime soon. Anyway, love my totes and I think they will makes perfect gifts!
